Companion Animal Services

Bathing
We offer bathing for medical purposes, including medicated baths for skin problems such as itching. Our baths also include nail trim and ear cleaning.
24 Hour Answering Service
Emergencies can occur at any time. Our clinic has a 24-hour answering service, where you can talk to a person any time of the day to seek medical help for your pet.
Behavioral Medicine
Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. We consult with animal behaviorists when determining whether a pet's affliction is caused by physical or other sources.
Birds
We provide proper medical care for birds. Our staff veterinarians can advise you as to the dietary, maintenance, hygiene and medical needs of your feathered friend.

Dental Care

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Since there is already fluoride existing in our water, pets in this area do not require fluoride treatment.

Emergency and Critical Care

In any emergency, seconds count. Our experienced staff is backed up by our mobile resuscitation unit, stocked and equipped to administer the ABCs of basic life support – Airway, Breathing, Circulation/Cardiac compressions. Emergency care is offered during regular business hours. In addition, we can refer stabilized clients to local outside special services. If the clinic doctor is unavailable, we have a 24-hour answering service to refer you to surrounding emergency clinics.

Hospice / Euthanasia Services / Cremation
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.
House Calls
Our mobile health unit responds to house calls if you are unable to bring your pet to the clinic.

Immunization and Wellness Care

We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay and neuter package; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.

Internal Medicine

We cover all areas of internal medicine, including: Cardiology; Ophthalmology; Neurology; Dermatology; Gastroenterology; Oncology; Endocrinology; among others. We provide orthopedic surgery through referrals or visiting specialists to our clinic.

Microchipping
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.
Nutritional Counseling
Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.
Pain Management
Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.
Fully Stocked Pharmacy
We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.
Rabbits
We provide proper medical care for rabbits and small mammals. Our staff veterinarians can advise you as to the dietary, maintenance, hygiene and medical needs of your furry friend.
Radiology
Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems.

Surgery

We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully examined for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: fully trained veterinary and technical staff, to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet; blanketed surgery tables for greater comfort; advanced sterilization techniques; staff monitoring during pet surgery; intensive after surgery care, and optional full blood testing.
